We are UNPLUGGED. This is a cabin, cell service is spotty, but service is available a short distance away. Sometimes it's even available at the cabin but not reliable. NO internet or cable.

Base Rate  $170.00 per night up to 6 people.  Add $10.00 per person over six, up to 10 people, plus tax.

3 night minimum stay, holidays and Spring and Fall Break may have a slight price increase.  Please contact 1-801-616-8774 for cabin availability.

Fees And Taxes

 

$120.00 Cleaning Fee applies to each rental, plus state/local taxes. Add'l cleaning fee & damage deposit may apply for 6 or more guests.

 

11.2% Tax as required by Utah State Law

 

Payments are made through PayPal, which allows for secure payment by credit card and debit card. No PayPal account is required.  Payment may also be  taken through Venmo.  Just ask.

 

50% deposit required to reserve the cabin and the balance is due 30 days prior to your stay.

 

If you cancel more than 30 days out, you will receive a full refund less a $30 processing fee.

 

There is a 50% refund for cancellations within 15-30 days of your reservation. No refunds due to road or weather conditions or within 14 days of reservation but contact us, we'll work with you to change the date.

 

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
